Wednesday

Hi! Today was a super day! We have been practicing multisyllable words this week! Please remember to practice the common prefixes and suffixes with your child. You can cut the lists apart and make three syllable words for practice! By the end of the week, a lot of us will be able to read three syllable words. We will also begin spelling these two syllable words by the end of the week. Some of our spelling words are two syllables. They end with a "final stable syllable". Your child knows what that is! Let him/her tell you. Check out the game at the bottom of the page. This is what we are working on reading: 3 syllable words. Try your best at it. See what you can do! Post and let me know how you like it! I am so proud of the gains that EVERYONE is making! Congratulations to Ziron and Andrew for moving up to a new list of words!
